Red Iron Works is a very capable small welding and design business located in Central Oregon, just west of Madras about 5 miles. Kent is currently the CEO (Chief Everything Officer) which means he does site work, design, welding, PR, marketing, sales, and payroll. He thinks his boss is all right.

Get to Know Us
We're a brand new business that's grown up from a better part of a decade of side hustling. My brothers and I started a little company called Start Engineering before I left Wisconsin for Central Oregon in 2021, and in 2024, they were completely bought out and we rebranded.
I come from a long manufacturing, entrepreneurship, and design background, where we all worked hard and stuck up for each other. We're always excited to try a new challenge!
